Remote, Standard & Priority Levels
All solutions provided by Vanquish Integrated People Solutions come with ‘remote’ level subscription as standard.
Customers that opt for Standard and Priority Agreements will receive access to software updates within the software version purchased from Vanquish Integrated People together with a set number of callout credits to resolve issues that cannot the resolved remotely.
Priority subscribers benefit from a dedicated Support Manager, reduced callout response times for lodged requests as well as a free annual onsite health check of the system.
Support costs are based upon your individual system setup, configuration, number of users and required support level.
